TORRE TROPICAL   

An additional 6-store-building, the "Torre Tropical" is under construction. Each floor has two apartments of 105 m² with two bedrooms resulting in a total of 12 apartments in his building.

The building has been designed by the architect Alex Vega from Tecnogrupo, S. A. It features an elevator, air condition and modular kitchens in each apartment.
