The condominium Colonia Tropical was formerly operated as a luxury hotel. It has now been converted into exclusive apartments and villas, with an additional newly built 6 store tower. The architect was the renowned architect Alex Vega from Tecnogrupo S.A.

The project was managed and supervised by Klaus Luka, a German entrepreneur with more than 15 years experience in the Dominican Republic, who specializes in construction and consulting.
