The Condominium Colonia Tropical is owned by a group of foreign investors and wwas operated as a hotel complex. Now it has been converted in separate apartments to be sold independently and it will also be extended by additional buildings. The remodeling of the existing buildings as well as the construction of the additional module have been done by the architect Alex Vega from Tecnogrupo, S. A
The project is managed and supervised by Klaus Luka, a German entrepreneur with more than 15 years experience in the Dominican Republic, who is specialized in consulting and construction.
