Site Overview

The picture shows the site of the project from above, just a few meters from the beach. The main building and the villas are already finished. The square with the plan of the building indicates where the "Torre Tropical" is currently built.

The graphic on the right shows the site plan (Click to enlarge the picture.). The villas and the main building are finished and have been completely remodelled. Most of the apartments have been handed over to the new owners, but several units are still available for buyers.

The "Torre Tropical" is a new 6-store-building, which is under construction.

The condominium Colonia Tropical has also an own maintenance building with a 250kW-strong electric power generator (ONAN).
